The web-enabled science-fiction game, Destiny, authorized by Bungie, has come on line just before Destiny: Rise, and has achieved remarkable results in just one week of publication, with an amount of overseas downloads now exceeding 1 million and well received by a wide range of players. Distinguished game experiences show how easy it is to capture Fate’s IP exploration, discovery desire and overall atmosphere.

But the response of the player community to this game is much more than “unfortunately, this Fate” is. It bears the frustration of a decade of a backlog of host players, and the development of this series of main-line games has fluctuated since Destiny was first launched in 2014, with some of the criticisms being reasonable and others not.
Searching for Destiny: Rise in social media shows the ” Destiny” sense of great functionality and original juice everywhere. Although some players are dissatisfied with the “tick card” mechanism in the game, most of them are surprised by the easy “grateful” and this is a common feedback from the early days of the game.

However, some of the evaluations are outspoken in praise of Destiny: Rise, while the story of Destiny 2 is sarcastic.Criticism points out that Destiny: Rise fulfils the functions that players have wanted to see in Destiny 2 for many years. For example, the “Facebird Races” were a popular race-speed model in Destiny, but Destiny 2 was delayed and the Rise not only reproduced the model, but also provided a function for Destiny 2 communities, such as a public home.

The response of the player to Rise was quite different from the attitude of previous years to the snowstorm, Darkness Destroyer: Infinity. At that time, in the anticipation of the blizzard carnival, the players thought that the blizzard would bring about a new version of “The Darkness of Darkness.” Now, here in Destiny, fans are confused as to why the hand-swam achieved everything that everyone wanted Bungie to do in Destiny 2.

“The Dark Three” designer asks the player at the carnival.
It is not difficult to explain this, when Dark Darkness 4 was a fantasy concept for players, while Destiny 2 was a long-standing and concrete product. Players can easily look at all its flaws and compare them with surprise new hands.
The attitude of the dark series of fans to the Undying is now very similar to that of the Fate fans to the Rise. Repeated updates of The Undying (such as the new “blood knight” profession) have envied Dark 4 players. It’s not like it’s the first time I’ve seen it.The players now have in their hands the beautiful but flawed Dark Four, which they can flirt with while looking at a hand that they really don’t want to play.

This is also the core contradiction of all current Destiny players. Rising is an excellent Destiny that meets the expectations of most players, but ultimately it is not Destiny 3, which is “unheard of”. But that is also why the rise comes at the very moment when the player is disappointed in Destiny 2 and bears the burden of hope and illusion.
For the foreseeable future, all risers may be hit by the “lucky wall” of a scavenging “tick-card mechanism” that may lead players to vent their dissatisfaction with Rise in a different way than Destiny 2. But for the time being, the Rise has indeed brought a new experience.

The rising flames at least showed Sony and Bungie that the player’s desire for a new generation of Destiny was so strong that he was willing to install simulators on the computer and to endure a ticking card mechanism to gain experience (the web was easy to promote his own MumuPlayer simulator on the Rise website).
No one knows if or when Destiny 3 will be launched. But now, Destiny fans are rushing into Rise, only to taste the freshness in the universe of destiny.
